TEDxISD Youth is an independently organized TED event held at the International School of Debrecen — designed for and by young people. We bring together students, teachers, and invited guests to share ideas worth spreading.
In the spirit of TED's mission, we believe young people have ideas the world needs to hear. After a successful first edition, we are returning bigger, bolder, and brighter — and we want you in the room.
Every idea begins as a single spark. A question that won't go quiet. A frustration that demands a solution. A vision someone refuses to let die.
This year we are asking our speakers to share the ideas that ignite them. The ones that keep them up at night, that push them to build, write, code, organize, dream. Because the best ideas aren't the ones you read about. They're the ones that catch fire.
Our inaugural TEDxISD Youth brought a stage to the International School of Debrecen for the first time — a full afternoon of student voices, guest speakers, and conversations that ran long past the closing remarks.
From personal stories to deep questions about technology, identity, and the world ahead, the first edition proved what we suspected: there's no shortage of bold thinking inside the walls of this school. We're back to do it again — and we're going further this time.
